filter by talent being requested
I have no way of finding people seeking my talents! The site is only useful for posting ideas, not for finding them! I need a way to find projects and people looking for the talents I can provide. Otherwise it is totally useless.

fix your login system for chrome. The login popup closes itself after a second.
I can't login to your site on chrome. The login pop launches and then immediately goes away. Shouldn't I be able to login with my username rather than password?

Save Potential Team
If I've got an idea, and I'm trying to build a team, it would be nice to save couple people that have the potential to work with me.

Remember Filters when returning to search page.
Its really annoying. I put in my filters to narrow down the ideas page. I then click on a project, go to the details page, then hit back to return to my search and the filters are gone... so I have to enter the filters again and so on and so forth.

Hire a front-end developer
I noticed quite a few bugs browsing around the site and would be willing to help out if you'd like (for free, just looking for the experience). You can view my resume at http://ccs.neu.edu/~nate/

Sub-domains for real-life collaboration
Create subdomain sites for real-life collaboration: For example http://usc.builditwith.me for the university, http://losangeles.builditwith.me for location and/or topic based http://geolocation.builditwith.me

pay more attention to Linux
It's an operating system built around open-source and collaboration, yet it doesn't fall under any of the "to build" categories.

Make location a mandatory field when signing up.
I see you have added the option to filter by keywords (including locations) but since such few members actually display their location, that feature is kind of pointless.
